We were truly impressed by the 27 participants of the „Young Talents for Innovative Industries“ workshop hosted by Bien-Air Dental and MPS Microprecision Systems AG in Biel last week, on Feb. 15th to 16th.
The young talents of theses two days were extremely motivated, highly engaged, very focused and dedicated. It was a great success.
During two days, young talents developed ideas for challenges faced by various companies. They learned about different innovation methods from design thinking and applied them to real-world challenges. The focus was on problem framing and ideation phases. The participants discovered the value of collaborative work and, most importantly, the fun of working together in a diverse team!
A very interesting mix of Young Talents and coaches or experts from different companies for those 2 days, supported by Innosuisse. A huge thank to all of them and to the host companies Bien-Air Dental and MPS Micro Precision Systems AG.
All of you together made this workshop a unique experience!
