How do project teams organize their collaboration ?

By 3 novembre 2023Best practice

Now that it’s time to place your pledges on the ideas competing on our platform, powered by Innosuisse, the teams from the previous loop are working hard on their ideas.

Here’s an example from the team led by Arnaud Eichenberger from Siemens, and his partners. They’re working on the project: « The MULTITOOLBOX as universal apps ecosystem for your production asset ».

After co-creating and defining together the objectives of their idea, this project team meets very regularly during its feasibility study, powered by the Microtech Booster and Innosuisse.
Each session takes place at a different partner’s premises, with the aim of getting to know each other’s businesses.

Together, they have signed a multi-part NDA allowing them to work freely on their subject.

This team is an example of good humor and enthusiasm. It’s a pleasure to see its members working together, thanks to the coordination of Arnaud Eichenberger, who acts as project manager.

They have all the skills needed to test the desirability, feasibility and viability of their idea. They include an academic partner, IT and OT experts, machine builders and end-users, as shown hereafter.

This is the strength of our platform : enabling skilled people to work together on a common theme and innovate, at reduced cost and risk.

At the end of the 6 months of study, they can decide how to continue their project. Innosuisse project, collaborative project, individual project? We’re already looking forward to seeing the results and where they go from here.

Here you can know more about this idea
